Return Policy
All Sales Should be Considered Final. Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions: If you have not opened the item, you can return the product to us for refund, credit or replacement within 30 days, no questions asked. We do not take back opened product. Please E-mail us within 30 days mates@gamespushplay.com first. You must return the product to us undamaged AND in perfect condition. The product must be unregistered, and returned with everything that shipped with the product. Damaged and/or incomplete products, the product may be refused. Please note: Shipping charges are NOT refundable To avoid costly returns, check the System Requirements for each title. Be sure you have at least all of the system requirements before ordering. If there are any questions, please contact us before you order. In cases of return, you must obtain an RMA number prior to returning the product. E-mail mates@gamespushplay.com with Your Name, Your Order Number (invoice number on your invoice), the title of the product, and the specific problem you have encountered. Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted and a credit will not be issued. We will include a prepaid return mailer in your replacement shipment that you can use to return the incorrect product to us. Back Order Policy If we accidently sell an out of stock item. If you don't specify a shipping method, we will choose the lowest cost service from the following: USPS Priority Mail/1st class mail or UPS ground. In general, USPS is lower cost for small light packages and UPS will be lower cost for the heavier packages. Shipping times are dependent on shipping method used and where it is going. This is generally 3-5 days but is just a estimate. We have no control over shipping times. This is up to the carrier you select When you order from this website, the final shipping charges are automatically calculated. Shipping rates are based on total weight of the order. All orders are shipped in bubble pack mailers or new boxes. International shipping We offer Worldwide Shipping on almost all of our products. Before ordering, please email mates@gamespushplay.com with your order. Please be as detailed on your address as possible. Let us know exactly how the shipping label should look. Include the receivers name and phone number. Please note that you are responsible for any and all Customs Charges and/or Duties. We are unable to undervalue shipments for Customs purposes.
